Finally the burger came out and they gave me the old sandwich as well. Another girl went out to the kitchen to sort the burger, I had to ask that the girl on the till put the sandwich back under the heat lamp. I told her that had been sitting there for 25 minutes and I was still waiting on the burger. I told her my order, she got the sandwich from the side counter. After 35 minutes, the girl on the counter asked me what I was waiting for. After 10 minutes a box with what looked like a sandwich came out and was put on the side counter where there was a heat lamp. Ordered a burger and a turkey sandwich, were told they would be 15 minutes. Were advised to go around the corner to the 'Quick bites' counter. Waited far too long for host to come to seat us, where we were given an abridged 'event' menu which did not have any of the meals we had chosen online.
Went into the Bar and Grill restaurant - we had already looked at the menu on line that claimed to be available every day. Only has card tables due to laws -no slots.
